Has your hospital or OB left your Florida Blue network?
Some Broward hospital systems, including Memorial Healthcare System and Broward Health, have been out of network with Florida Blue. If your current delivery hospital or OB is no longer covered by your plan, you can transfer your prenatal care to Dr. Malik and deliver at HCA Florida University Hospital, which also accepts Florida Blue.
You may also qualify for temporary continuity-of-care coverage with your current doctor. Call the member number on your Florida Blue card to ask. If you decide to transfer, we will make it simple.
