Insurance plans we work with
Coverage depends on your specific plan and network, and plans change often. We verify your insurance before every new appointment. Call 954-880-1010 with your insurance card handy.

We do not currently accept Medicaid or Medicaid managed-care plans.
Self-pay patients
Affordable self-pay pricing is available. Call our office for current prices for your visit, ultrasound, or procedure.
Your right to a Good Faith Estimate
Under the federal No Surprises Act, if you do not have insurance or are not using insurance, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected charges for your care. You can ask for one when you schedule or at any time before your visit. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you may dispute the bill. Obstetric care and billing
Pregnancy care is often billed as a package that covers prenatal visits, delivery, and postpartum care. Our billing coordinator can explain your expected costs at the start of your pregnancy.
