Scheduling your first visit
- Request an appointment online or call 954-880-1010.
- Our team verifies your insurance before your appointment. If you are paying yourself, we will explain our affordable self-pay pricing.
- Complete your patient forms before you arrive.
What to bring
- Photo ID and insurance card
- A list of your medications, vitamins, and allergies
- Recent records, lab results, or ultrasound reports from other doctors, if you have them
- Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first visit
New pregnancy patients
We welcome new obstetric patients up to 32 weeks of pregnancy. Later in pregnancy, we consider each request case by case. Call us so we can review your situation.
Transferring your prenatal care
Moving, changing insurance, or looking for a better fit? We accept transfers of prenatal care. Ask your current provider to send your prenatal records, lab results, and ultrasound reports so we can continue your care without repeating tests unnecessarily.
Office hours and early appointments
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM. Early 8:45 AM appointments are sometimes available on a case-by-case basis.
Telehealth
Telehealth is offered for select concerns only. Pregnancy visits, exams, and procedures take place in the office.
Patient portal (healow)
Use the free healow app to view visit summaries, results, and messages. When the app asks for a practice code, enter JIABCD. Portal, lab results, and bill pay.
Languages
Interpreter services are available for Spanish, Haitian Creole, Mandarin, Urdu, Russian, Tagalog, Arabic, and many other languages. Please tell us when you schedule.
