Rahil Malik, MD, FACOG
Dr. Malik is a board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist who cares for patients through routine and high-risk pregnancies, deliveries, and every stage of gynecologic health. He trained at the University of Miami / Jackson Memorial Hospital and Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia, and teaches future physicians as an Associate Professor at Nova Southeastern University.

Frequently asked questions
Are you accepting new patients?
Yes. We welcome new gynecology and obstetric patients. We accept new pregnancy patients up to 32 weeks, and later in pregnancy on a case-by-case basis. Transfers of prenatal care are welcome.
Which insurance plans do you accept?
We work with many major plans, including UnitedHealthcare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Anthem, Oscar, AvMed, Cigna, Aetna, Health First, Humana, and Medicare. Not all accepted plans are listed. We do not accept Medicaid. Plans change, so we verify your coverage before every new appointment. See insurance & self-pay.
Where will I deliver my baby?
Deliveries take place at HCA Florida University Hospital in Davie.
Do you offer VBAC (vaginal birth after cesarean)?
Yes. Dr. Malik provides counseling about a trial of labor after cesarean (TOLAC) and supports VBAC for patients who are good candidates. Learn about VBAC.
Do you have early appointments?
Our hours are Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM. Early 8:45 AM appointments are sometimes available on a case-by-case basis. Ask when you call.
Do you offer telehealth?
Telehealth visits are offered for select concerns only. Most visits, including all pregnancy visits, take place in the office.
What languages do you speak?
Dr. Malik speaks English and Hindi. Interpreter services are available for Spanish, Haitian Creole, Mandarin, Urdu, Russian, Tagalog, Arabic, and many other languages.
